A little blue... a little green.... some Polar Ice....

... and voila, a MASTERPIECE!

Some 12 year old kid on a tour of the Detroit Institue of Arts (they have "art" in Detroit? Who knew?) stuck a wad of chewing gum - Wrigley's Polar Ice to be exact - on the corner of some abstract painting called "The Bay", by Helen Frankenthaler worth $1.5 million. After taking a look at the "art" in question, I'll say it was likely an improvement. I mean, it couldn't get much worse. Look at it... who's to say it was anything more than a wad of gum to begin with?
